Perfect Location. Amazing Room. AC was COLD. Clean and Everything Was Stocked and Even Extra. Didn't use the coffee pot but microwave and Mini fridge worked. Definitely will be going back. HIGHLY SATISFIED

The best location in Madeira Beach without the ultra high price. You're right in the middle of John's Pass with the best beach less than a minute of walking without having to cross main Streets. simply walk out your room go down the stairs under the bridge and bam You're at the best beach around. Right in the middle of John's pass you have fabulous unique shops restaurants bars game rooms everything you can want right outside your door. They even have a great pet boutique called Paw Paws Pet Boutique located on the boardwalk below Hooters. Their location is the biggest bang for your buck. And it's brand new and everything is done very tastefully. We are lucky to know about this location.

The hotel is basically a strip of rooms located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage building, which is quite convenient for (FREE!) parking. It’s a perfect location for hanging out at John’s Pass and a very short walk to the beach, there are also plenty of other restaurants to choose from in that location. The downside to the hotel is that there is nobody onsite, you check in by calling a phone number and they’ll provide you with a code to get in and out of your room, I’ve didn’t expect this so I thought it was kinda odd.
